BRYAN, Ohio (WTVG) – An employee at Correction Center of Northwest Ohio who was convicted of bringing narcotics into the facility has been sentenced.

According to court records, Thomas Logan, 41, appeared in court on June 24 where Judge Rhonda Fisher sentenced him to serve 30 months in prison.

Logan was arrested on Nov. 22. Jail officials said Logan was hired in March of 2024 as a corrections officer and fired on Nov. 22. He was a probationary Corrections Officer at the time.

According to court records, Logan initially pleaded not guilty on Feb. 11.

He then appeared in court on May 28 where he withdrew his previous not guilty plea and pleaded guilty to two counts of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Government Facility.
