Repeat Drug Offenders Face New Drug Charges in Manitowoc County

Two Manitowoc County residents with a history of drug incidents were arrested again.

31-year-old Michelle A Saksiri was given a $1,000 cash bail while 43-year-old Robert J. Ducat was given a $500 cash bail by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa yesterday (November 5th).

Both individuals face charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, while Saksiri faces nine additional counts of Felony Bail Jumping, and Ducat faces charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and THC, his second such offense.

Both Ducat and Saksiri have lengthy criminal histories in Manitowoc County dating back numerous years.

Ducat has previous convictions on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Delivering THC, and OWI, among others.

Saksiri is currently facing nine open cases in the county, with charges including an additional Possession of Methamphetamine case, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and Neglecting a child.

Additional terms of their bail include no contact with one another, and they are not to possess any controlled substances.

Both Saksiri and Ducat will return to court for their initial appearances next Monday (November 10th) at 1:30 p.m. in Branch 3.
