Prairie Farms is recalling certain gallons of fat-free milk after discovering they may contain food-grade cleaning agents.

The milk, produced at the company’s Dubuque, Iowa facility, was sold at Woodman’s stores in Illinois and Wisconsin. The affected products have a December 8 expiration date.
Prairie Farms reported being alerted to a potential quality issue earlier this week, with over 300 gallons sold before the problem was identified. Consumers are advised to discard the affected milk or return it to the store for a refundb
