Based on information gathered through a months-long investigation, authorities conducted various traffic enforcement stops on suspect vehicles across the region.
In total, officers found about 1,500 pounds of methamphetamine. The street value of the drugs is estimated at approximately $100 million.

Multiple suspects were arrested and booked in connection with the large-scale operation. Their identities were not released by authorities. No further details were released as the case remains under investigation.
“This highlights the importance of our Investigative Services Unit, K9 teams, Crime Suppression Team and working closely with allied agencies in keeping our communities safe,” CHP officials said. “The CHP remains committed to keeping dangerous drugs and weapons off our streets.”
