Global superstar Christina Aguilera recently released “My Favorite Things (Live from the Eiffel Tower)”, a single from her upcoming holiday film, Christina Aguilera: Christmas in Paris.
The track, which arrived along with a live performance video, is available on all major streaming platforms.
The visual finds Aguilera singing the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic from The Sound of Music. The video also features cameos from ballerinas and an orchestra backing the singer as she belts out the tune made famous by Julie Andrews with the Eiffel Tower visible in the background.
The Christina Aguilera: Christmas in Paris concert film, directed by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Sam Wrench, is set to premiere exclusively in theaters on December 14 and December 21 in over 700 theaters in the United States. The release marks the 25th Anniversary of Aguilera’s much acclaimed holiday album My Kind of Christmas.
Reflecting the spirit of the project, Aguilera posted on Instagram, “When the magic of Christmas meets the magic of Paris… something truly extraordinary happens. I can’t wait to share this holiday season with you.”
