MANITOWOC, Wis. (WBAY) – Three men from Virginia are in the Manitowoc County jail facing drug charges.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office says the men came to Manitowoc to deliver a large amount of methamphetamine.
The Manitowoc County SWAT Team, the federal DEA out of Green Bay, and the Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit arrested them in the city.
Officers found about 25 pounds of meth in a car. They put the street value of the drug at a quarter of a million dollars.

Two of the men were carrying loaded handguns when they were arrested. One of the guns was reported stolen in Virginia.
The sheriff’s office is seeking a charge of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine While Armed.
Action 2 News is not identifying the men until they’re formally charged.
A bail hearing is scheduled for 12:45 p.m.
