NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Update: The famiy of 18-year-old Joshua Pool confirmed to WSMV4 that he was found safe in Nashville on Thursday evening.

Earlier: Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department are searching for a missing teen with autism, who was last seen on Tuesday.

The family reported 18-year-old Joshua Pool missing after he did not return from playing basketball on Tuesday afternoon.

The senior from Whites Creek High School was last seen wearing black pants, a red hoodie and a black backpack.

No other information has been released at this time.
