*Chris Brown is the greatest entertainer alive, according to Monica. In a recent Instagram conversation, Monica didn’t mince her words when expressing her passion for Brown’s music. It’s no secret that Monica has always admired Chris Brown.
In this latest expression of love reported by Complex, she called him “the greatest entertainer that is left here on earth with us.”
She added, “There were many before him. He is just one of one. Just the sound of his voice or his harmonies or anything just instantly makes shit better. I don’t give a damn whose song it is; he makes it better.”
Regarding whether she would want to collaborate with him, she is open to the idea.
“Hell yeah,” she replied when asked about a collaboration. “I have never asked him to do a song or anything like that. I’ve just always wanted him to know that not everybody that loves him wants something from him.”
Later in the conversation, she added, “If he ever asked me, it would be done probably the same night.”
However, she also made it clear that she has never asked him for music.
For Monica, her admiration of Brown goes past music. She has always been there for him, supporting him throughout his music career, in private and public. She says her love for him is genuine, selfless and unwavering.
She recalled how she once had a meaningful conversation with Brown when she met him in the studio with producer Polo da Don, at a time he was under intense public scrutiny. She said Brown was already aware of her deep support for him.
She further revealed that she often attends Brown’s shows quietly, without posting or seeking attention. For Monica, Brown’s greatness is divine; God determined it.
“He’s exactly where he’s supposed to be,” she stated. “It was written. His destiny was determined by God Himself, and he is just living out his purpose.”
