FRANKLIN, Va. — Franklin police say a missing teenager was found on Wednesday morning.

Zachary Corsiglia, 16, left his home on Hunterdale Road in Franklin about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and had not been seen or heard from since, according to the Franklin Police Department. He is autistic and receives medication, police said.

Police updated Wednesday and said he had been found safe.

Virginia State Police issued a Missing Person with Autism Alert on Wednesday for Zachary.
