Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Carolyn Elsie Skinner, a missing 72-year-old.
Skinner was last seen on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m., near the 10920 block of Inwood Avenue in Silver Spring. She is 4-feet, 11-inches, 225 Ibs, with brown/gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing unknown color pants, a white t-shirt with a floral pattern and eye glasses.

Speak in a gentle, reassuring tone, even if the person does not respond verbally. Most importantly, ensure their safety and wait for police to arrive.
