Ben is renting a place in Brentwood, California now, while J-Lo is apparently looking for her own place.
TMZ says the couple’s house has been on sale for about two weeks, but nobody has bought it yet.
They’re asking for about $65 million for the house. It sounds like a lot, but it shows that things might not be going well for them.
TMZ reports that if Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez sell their house, they could lose millions of dollars. This is because of broker’s commission, a new tax on expensive properties, and the money they spent on home improvements.
This suggests to me that they might be ready to sell their house no matter what. It seems like they’re not trying to fix their marriage.
This attempt to sell their home could be the strongest sign yet that they’re getting divorced.
Last week, Jennifer Lopez canceled her tour of North America to spend time with her family.

Meanwhile, Ben Affleck has been seen without his engagement ring many times. The last time they were seen together in public was when they watched Ben’s son play basketball last weekend. This didn’t make people confident that they were working on their problems.
