Britney Spears Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction While Dancing in a See-Through Dress to Christina Aguilera Song

Britney Spears is dancing into the new year.

On Sunday, Jan. 4, the pop star, 44, shared a video on Instagram, in which she could be seen dancing to Christina Aguilera’s song “I Am.”

Spears, wearing a see-through dress with an animal print bra and panties underneath, twirled around a room, and at one point, shook off a mid-dance nip slip, covering her breast with a pink flower emoji.

“Found something in my luggage… well, you know… I never posted this! Well, whatever, I decided to reconsider. omg I had completely forgot …… darn it,” Spears wrote in French in the post’s caption.

Later in the day, the Grammy Award-winner shared two other dancing clips: one that saw her move around in a light pink dress, and another in which she danced to classical music.

Spears often posts videos of herself dancing online. Past clips have seen the star dance to ex Justin Timberlake’s 2003 hit “Señorita,” as well as “Scream” by Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson.

In a 2021 Instagram post, Spears clapped back at critics of her dancing videos, writing, “If you don’t want to see my precious ass dancing in my living room or it’s not up to your standards … go read a f—ing book 📕 !!!!!”

Spears’ use of Aguilera’s song from her 2010 album Bionic is notable, given the up-and-down relationship between the pair.

After rising to fame together on Disney’s Mickey Mouse Club, Spears and Aguilera, 45, both found major success in their own rights, becoming some of the biggest pop stars in the world in the late 1990s. Over the years, they were pitted against each other by fans, and while they did have their fair share of blips, the pair has generally always supported one another.

After Spears’ conservatorship was terminated in 2021, Aguilera showed her support for the mother of two on various occasions — whether through media appearances or posts shared on social media. Spears, for her part, once said she is “inspired” by Aguilera, whom she also described as “a beautiful woman of power.”
