Bruno Mars is back in his fashion designer saddle. Today, the Grammy-winning musician announced a new collaboration between westernwear brand Stetson and his lifestyle label, Ricky Regal.
Like the first Stetson x Ricky Regal launch, the new collab delivers some headliner-worthy headwear. The new piece is the Regal 10X Straw cowboy hat, a summery take on Mars’ first Stetson hat, the fur-felt Regal 6X. The Regal 10X Straw hat will be available on June 5 at 11 a.m. at Stetson.com for $225.

“Something magical happens when you put on the right Stetson hat,” said Bruno Mars. “So happy we got to do this again.”
The new Regal 10X Straw is inspired by Stetson’s archival pieces, which date back to 1865. It’s handmade using shantung straw, a durable paper-based material that looks and feels like straw (but actually lasts). Details include a silk cord hatband with a gold horseshoe pin, as well as a roan leather sweatband with the Ricky Regal logo.

The new Stetson x Ricky Regal is a follow-up to the two brands’ first collaboration in September. The first release delivered the fur-felt Regal 6X, a deluxe cowboy hat that came in three colors. That release is now sold out.
“Bruno Mars is famous for the effortless way he remixes timeless influences and that’s exactly what he’s done with this collaboration, bringing a modern attitude to Stetson’s rich history and legendary craftsmanship,” Stetson chief executive officer Robert Dundon said of the brand’s first collaboration with Ricky Regal.
