*Chris Brown is facing growing backlash from fans who say they never received items ordered from his clothing and footwear brand, The Auracles. Complaints have spread across social media as customers claim weeks have passed without shipping updates or responses from the company, according to the Daily Mail.

The issues surfaced after the release of the Nami Frequency Low Top sneakers last month. Marketed as the brand’s most significant footwear launch yet, the $125 shoes feature soft high-grade foam intended to conform to the foot for enhanced comfort. Brown continues to promote the brand online despite the mounting dissatisfaction.

Customers have flooded The Auracles’ Instagram page with complaints. One commenter warned others, saying, “Don’t buy, they never come.” Another wrote, “Bruh y’all have yet to ship my slides, socks and keychain I ordered almost a month ago… nor respond to any of my emails.”

Several individuals described even lengthier delays. One person alleged, “I ordered in October, still nothing and no responses either.” More buyers expressed regret over their purchases. A fan stated, “I wish I would have read the comments before purchasing.”

Brown co-founded The Auracles in 2022 with CEO John Dean. The product range includes sneakers, slides, boots, socks, keychains, and children’s shoes.

“The Auracles was founded in Los Angeles through a mutual interest in art and design,” the brand’s website reads. “The agency is our creative vehicle that utilizes various art mediums to tell the story of our culture. From fashion to collectables, we are pushing culture forward through innovative design and craftsmanship.”

Orders typically arrive within a week. Domestic shipping is free, though the minimum purchase amount is unclear due to inconsistent information on the site. International orders qualify for free shipping with purchases exceeding $300.
