Inside Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter Victoria’s troubled past, rap sheet after sudden death at 34
Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter, Victoria Jones, had multiple run-ins with the law before her sudden death at a hotel in Northern California at the age of 34.
According to court records obtained by Page Six, Victoria was arrested at least twice in 2025 in Napa County, Calif.
In April, she was arrested for obstructing a peace officer, using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a narcotic controlled substance, to which she pleaded not guilty.
She was arrested again in June for domestic battery and domestic violence involving elder abuse, to which she also pleaded not guilty.
A San Francisco police officer who had dealings with Victoria told The Post she struggled with substance abuse issues and suspected her death was “fentanyl related.”
“People get all their drugs with fentanyl now. They [drug dealers] have it on everything they measure with, [so] everything gets laced,” the officer explained.
Additionally, Jones also faced charges for allegedly being under the influence of toluene in a public setting in May 2025, TMZ reported.
The National Library of Medicine describes Toluene as “a colorless liquid with a distinctive smell” that can be abused to help “achieve a euphoric effect.”
Victoria was also arrested for theft in the amount of $50 to $500 in San Antonio, Texas, back in June 2011, though the charge was later dismissed.
In the predawn hours of New Year’s Day 2026, Victoria was reportedly found on the 14th floor of the Fairmont San Francisco hotel by an individual who thought she had drunkenly passed out.
The individual reportedly immediately notified hotel employees, who called 911 and were instructed to perform CPR.
The incident was dispatched as a “code 3 for the overdose, color change,” suggesting Victoria may have suffered a drug overdose and experienced cyanosis as a result.
When paramedics with the San Francisco Fire Department arrived, they tried to revive Victoria, but it was too late. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
San Francisco Police Department officers reportedly found no signs of foul play, such as trauma to the body, or drug paraphernalia at the scene. There was also no indication that Victoria’s death was a suicide.
It’s still unclear whether she was a guest at the hotel and how she ended up on the 14th floor.
“We are deeply saddened by an incident that occurred at the hotel on Jan. 1, 2026,” a Fairmont San Francisco rep told Page Six in a statement. “Our heartfelt condolences are with the family and loved ones during this very difficult time.”
The rep made sure to add that the staffers are “actively cooperating and supporting police authorities within the framework of the ongoing investigation.”
Tommy, 79, shared Victoria and his son, Austin Jones, 43, with his second wife, Kimberlea Cloughley.
Reps for the Jones family have not yet responded to Page Six’s requests for comment.
