Man sexually assaulted teen with autism at Bellmead motel: affidavit

BELLMEAD, Texas (KWTX) – A man behind bars is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl with autism at a motel in Bellmead, a criminal complaint affidavit states.
Roheim Clarke, 21, is being held at the McLennan County Jail on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a disabled person, a first-degree felony, according to court and jail records.
The sexual assault happened at the Delta Inn located at 1320 Behrens Circle sometime between 3:15 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Oct. 7, police said.
According to the criminal complaint, Clarke met the girl at the motel “while the girl had gone outside to play on her phone.”

The girl told Clarke she was 14 years old, police said.
Police further wrote in the complaint that Clarke “was able to get the victim to come to his room where he was able to force the victim to have sexual intercourse with him, which the victim described as painful and leaving her in a condition that made it difficult for her to walk.”
According to the document, video surveillance footage shows the victim and Clarke entering his room at 3:13 a.m. and the victim leaving the room at 3:57 a.m.
Clarke was arrested on Oct. 8. His bond amount has not yet been set.
