CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – An 18-year-old faces multiple charges after allegedly hosting a New Year’s Eve party with two minors and providing them with marijuana.
The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office says James Sherall lured the two minors to his home with THC wax and had sexual contact with one of the teenagers.
Sherall is charged with lewd battery of a victim, traveling to meet a minor, possession of THC without prescription, and possession and use of drug paraphernalia.
