UPDATE: Prince Parkman has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Prince Parkman, a missing 13-year-old.
Parkman was last seen on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at approximately 9:40 am, in the 14340 block of Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring. He is 5-foot, 5-inches tall, 175 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white sweater with colorful graphic designs, blue jeans, and tan colored boots. Please call 9-1-1 immediately if spotted.
When engaging with an autistic person, it is important to approach them calmly and slowly. Avoid making sudden movements or loud noises that might startle them. Speak in a gentle, reassuring tone, even if the person does not respond verbally. Most importantly, ensure their safety and wait for police to arrive.
