On 12/16/25, at approximately 1440 hours, officers from the Downtown Enforcement Team (DET) conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Santa Rosa resident, Eyobell Solomon. Officers recognized Solomon and knew he was on felony pretrial services for a previous narcotics related arrest. The felony pretrial services terms included full search of his person, vehicle, and residence. DET officers conducted a search of Solomon and his vehicle pursuant to the pretrial services terms and located suspected Adderall packaged for sale and approximately $7,000.00 in US currency. Additional evidence included two cell phones and several empty prescription vials.

DET officers contacted the Santa Rosa Police Department Narcotics Team who responded to the scene of the traffic stop to assist in this investigation. Based on the evidence located during the search of Solomon and his vehicle, Narcotics detectives authored a search warrant for Solomon’s residence.

At approximately 1731 hours, detectives executed the service of the search warrant in the 2100 block of Bock St, Santa Rosa. A search of the residence yielded approximately 25 bottles of suspected Promethazine with codeine syrup that was packaged for sale. In addition to the suspected controlled substances, approximately $110,000.00 in US currency was found in close proximity to the suspected controlled substances. Promethazine with codeine is a Schedule V controlled substance.

Solomon was transported to the Sonoma County Jail to be booked. A SCSO deputy at the jail conducted a search of Solomon and located a pill inside his sock. At that point, deputies then conducted a further search of Solomon where they learned Solomon had a baggie of pills concealed inside his body. Deputies later took possession of the baggie of pills and provided them to the transporting SRPD officer who brought the pills to the Narcotics detectives at the police department. The concealed pills were later identified as Adderall, Xanax, and Oxycodone.

All controlled substances and cash were seized as evidence.
