ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Three people have been arrested and accused of selling crack cocaine out of their home in Farmington.
The investigation began in Fall 2025 when the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office received tips that there were suspected drug sales in the area of Rt. 332 and County Road 41. Police also identified an increase in drug-related items being found during traffic stops.
Last Thursday, deputies investigated a home on County Road 41. They said that crack cocaine was allegedly being sold to people coming to the house. The surrounding area was closed during the investigation.
47-year-old Carie Garner, 54-year-old Tod Gardner, and 28-year-old Davine McGinnis were all arrested and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance during the incident. Carie Gardner and McGinnis were released, but Tod Gardner remains held at the Ontario County Jail.
