Strawberry Cheesecake Quesadillas

Instructions
1. Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a bowl, mix:

Beat until smooth and creamy.
2. Prepare the Strawberry Filling
In a small bowl, mix:

Lemon juice
Let sit for 5 minutes to release juices.
3. Assemble the Quesadillas
Lay out the tortillas.
On one half, spread a thick layer of cheesecake filling.
Spoon strawberries over the cream layer
Fold the tortilla in half like a quesadilla.
4. Cook Until Golden
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Melt butter and place quesadillas in the pan.
