SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A Savannah mother is hoping to encourage other parents of kids with autism in her recent book.
Christie Belle authored “Dear Single Mother: a Journal of Autism, Isolation, and Self-Discovery.” The book shares her family’s story and aims to help others through their own journey.
Autism Awareness Month is designed to promote inclusion and celebrate the diverse perspectives of autistic individuals.
Belle invites the public to her book signing on Saturday at Barnes and Nobles in the Oglethorpe Mall from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
