CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Division of POlice is asking for help finding a missing and endangered 16-year-old boy with autism.

According to the Cleveland Police, officers responded to the 14300 block of Kelso Avenue to report Joseph Rice, 16, as missing on Saturday.

The reporting party said that Rice has a history of running away and that he was previously reported missing on April 8 and was found on April 16 in the 16100 block of Lakeshore Avenue.

Rice was last seen wearing a pink jogging suit with red writing and carrying a red, white, and black Jordan backpack.

Police said he does not have access to his prescribed medications.
