ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — DeKalb County police are asking the public for help finding a missing man with autism.
Albert Waugh, 20, was last seen on the 1700 block of South Stone Mountain Road about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday.
He is 5-foot-7, weighs about 140 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light brown T-shirt and black shorts, carrying a black backpack.
Police said Waugh has “extremely limited verbal skills” and “is known to enjoy higher elevations and climbing things like trees and water towers.”
Waugh may also respond to the name Alex.
